Ice Cream?

I just accepted an ice cream challenge on Twitter. @InterweaveNews asked if anyone wanted to try to make all the ice cream recipes in a book she suggested. Of course, I said we were game!

Armed with my electric ice cream maker (duh! I’m NOT churning it by hand. =P) and a deep passion for ice cream, I logged onto Amazon.com and ordered the book. As soon as it gets here, I will get started.

As I work my way through the challenge, I will be posting pictures of the tries here. I will also be handing out ice cream left and right at the meetings because I MOST DEFINITELY don’t need to eat pounds and pounds of ice cream by myself. And I’m hoping to try some recipes at Cathleen’s place, so she and her hubby can keep the fruits of our labor there.  :)
